It s only the 2 you feel blessed parts 3rd sacrifice is 15 chance if it triggers and 5th sacrifice is 50 chance stacking additively to 65 if you get both as it s only 1 dice roll if it triggers.

Thanks for the strategy still took me a while to get the shield after i got the guardian angel but it was an overall higher chance.

Easiest way to get angel room items is to bring isaac with the d6 bomb the angel statue kill the boss and then reroll both items that goes through 4 of the items in the already small pool pretty quickly.
Once killed it will spawn the item key piece 1 or key piece 2.

I read in the wiki the real max is 98 5 but no angel room spawned in 3 different floors already using this method.
I take no red heart damages and i take no devil deals.
